  1. Fee Changes

Purchases and Payment

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be required to provide certain information relevant to your Purchase, including your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase, and that the information you supply to us is accurate, current, and complete.

Subscriptions

Certain parts of the Service are offered on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”) and are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles may be monthly or annual, depending on the type of subscription plan you select at the time of purchase.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms and conditions unless you cancel it or Wisesheets cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting Wisesheets customer support.

A valid payment method, such as a credit card or PayPal, is required to process your Subscription payment. You are responsible for providing Wisesheets with accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method details. By submitting this payment information, you authorize Wisesheets to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to the payment method you provide.

If automatic billing fails for any reason, Wisesheets will issue an electronic invoice requiring manual payment for the applicable billing period. Payment must be completed within the deadline specified on the invoice to avoid service interruptions.

Available Plans

Pro Plan: $60 USD per year, includes free updates, 30 years of historical financial data, all financial statements and key metrics, coverage of 50+ stock exchanges, live price data, Google Sheets and Excel access, regular data speeds, and comprehensive email support.

Elite Plan: $120 USD per year, includes free updates, 30 years of historical financial data, all financial statements and key metrics, coverage of 50+ stock exchanges, live price data, Google Sheets and Excel access, fastest data speeds, priority support, and additional screener functionality.

Order and Payment Terms

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time due to product unavailability, errors in pricing or descriptions, inaccuracies in your order, or suspected fraud or illegal activity. All purchases and subscriptions must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

Unless otherwise specified, Subscription purchases are non-refundable. Please review plan details carefully before completing your order.

  1. Refunds

Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, Promotion rules will apply.

  1. Content

Free Trial

Wisesheets may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”).

You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for Free Trial.

If you do enter your billing information when signing up for Free Trial, you will not be charged by Wisesheets until Free Trial has expired. On the last day of Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

At any time and without notice, Wisesheets reserves the right to (i) modify Terms of Service of Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

  1. Prohibited Uses

Fee Changes

Wisesheets, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Wisesheets will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of Service after Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

  1. Analytics

Refund Policy

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are eligible for a refund only within the first 14 days of the initial subscription purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within this 14-day period and will be processed at the sole discretion of Wisesheets.

To request a refund, you must contact Wisesheets customer support at info@wisesheets.io, providing proof of purchase and a valid reason for your request. Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused portions of an active subscription after the 14-day period has passed.

If your jurisdiction mandates a longer refund window or other consumer rights, Wisesheets will comply with applicable laws.

Please note that refunds are not applicable for subscription renewals unless explicitly required by law. Users are responsible for canceling subscription renewals in advance through their account settings or by contacting customer support to avoid additional charges.

  1. No Use By Minors

Wisesheets has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit all Content provided by users.

In addition, Content found on or through this Service are the property of Wisesheets or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.

You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use Service:
